I don't predict things but cannot see it heading towards 30c. That would suggest that you have to pay 10% yield. Whilst that may well be a position on a geared stock like GOZ. GPT which has look through gearing of 30% and is paying 4c on a 58c SP. The comparable process doesn't take into account that ABP retention rate is higher and the discount rates on property pretty close. There are also other issues like the exposure to interest rate hedges by GPT.

I dont see the same thing here except for the fact that you can get a good handle on the GPT business every quarter. cannot say the same for ABP. Essentially management treat us like mushrooms ( kept in the dark and fed you know what.)

Really IMO this share will once people realise the divy issue will trend back to around 41c. Yesterday was madness. Only happens in December when a lot of people are away or not trading as much. Yesterday I think a few triggers were hit and it sold. Low volumes on both sides leaves it open to happen thats why I dont like or do much electronic trigger trading.

See its bouncing back now and my Christmas stocking has filled up nicely. Looks a bit overloaded on ABP but it is becoming a defensive play. I still think its a long term buy.
