So was checking out West Gold resources and realised that Peter cooked retired this week from WGX. Now this is very interesting news to me and I’m trying to work out what he is upto.

Now this was a very interesting comment by WB. Obviously they are friends and colleagues and they will discuss these kinds of things every day. So currently he is on the board of 3 companies now. Our own BRB, CST in Northern Territory and Canadian based but South American tenements holder Titans Resources. Out of these 3 he is also the Non-executive chairman of BRB.
Now going through these 3 companies I can easily say he won’t be much interested in CST. It’s IOCG deposit. Too deep. More than 500 meters deep and just not big enough. From memory around 200-300oz. So nope.
Titans has potentials but again it’s not australia. Also the recent problems in Chilli. So nope.
And then you have BRB. One of a kind. Probably the cheapest high quality upcomer deposit on the planet in one of the best mining jurisdictions in the world if not the best. Premium location in Western Australia and cashed up. Can easily call on $25m-$30m by selling GL1 shares and sitting on 1.7m Oz and most in “ONE DEPOSIT” and growing.
BRB is also the only stock he has lately bought into on market. Also he was so heavily involved in manna deal and he really wants all the energy and focus on the gold.
So conclusion, it’s no brainer who he would love to mentor and which project he would love to be part of.
Im actually very convinced what’s his plan is. And I’m buying more.
