I hope a can of worms hasn’t been opened..

I cannot find an announcement from that time period regarding the sale of the dingo range tenements to bullseye.. Ive searched every announcement between 2014-2016 and there is no reference of the sale..

Nothing in quarterlies, nothing in annual reports..

Nor is there an announcement referring to the nickel rights agreement dated 3rd Feb 2016..

What I have found in my research is this..

I know it’s quite a few years ago now, but these things can come back and bite.. especially if there’s laundry aired during disputes..

Either way I’m sure there’s an explanation and maybe shareholders don’t actually require one for whatever reason.. but I would’ve thought at the very least the sale of tenements needed some form of market disclosure?
