Clearly you haven't read this morning the WA court ruling delivered yesterday in their favor posted on the SLD forum. I don't know what to make of it but I am a bit sick to the stomach.
SLD seems to be accusing ANS and Ding for not just stealing the IP for which $400M is spent, they also insist at least 3 of the Chinese partners in the consortium were stolen from them. Presumably that includes the ore offtake partners in the MoU signed in late 2018 like Baosteel and Tsingshan.
Not sure if this has any implication on the Chinese funding for the infrastructure. If the DFS is deemed illegit, I don't know if China will take the risk to fund and build the infrastructure.
