Surprising that they did not wait a couple weeks until after the quarterly is released.
It's either gonna be a great quarter and the team here gave their buddies cheap shares knowing that it's gonna pump
OR
Management know its gonna be another shocker quarterly and needed money now to reduce dilution.
Not sure which one I'd rather see...
