Brett, the top section of the Weinstein Analysis compares the relative strength of HMX to the All Ordinaries Index and the blue line is rising which says HMX's performance is better and if you compared it to the DOW index it would be better too. I did not do the latter.
In the middle section of the chart, is the price analysis. Weinstein uses a 30 day moving average. I have also included the major and minor Fibonacci pullback zones in yellow. These zones represent areas of market breather and are good buy points because a pullback is not a break in trend and represents profit taking because the market is geared for turnover by the pros to meet their commitments often based on credit. The blue dots represent the indicator called the parabolic SAR which swing traders can use to take profit. The blue horizontal lines represent areas of market support or resistance. Crossing resistance usually turns that into a new base for support.
The third section represents Weinstein market stages of accumulation , markup, plateau and mark down. The fourth stage may not eventuate or be short in duration if the market is bullish. The third stage is when the market is topping but can be another take off area, just like crossing resistence. People look for breakout here before moving in for another lick.
Myself, I have always been long HMX and the fluctuations have not demonstrated market climax. The fundamentals speak for themselves in valuation models. At the moment there is blood in the streets and it is time to get set. Strong positive results will cause an autonomous shift in the data. We expect these soon, as well as the Japanese driving Trafalgar forward. Kalman is a proven resource. Ajax et al, more to come. Synergies are in place. Hope this helps Brett. Everything is probability not certainty.
