What would you do if you were Jindal and decided it was a goer. Possibly remove your standing buy orders and see if you get a shake out. Better to buy some at 36 rather than all at 52. My fantasies coming into play.
Volume is still not significant I suppose, if the deal was dead - they would fall harder and faster than this if it was definite.
