anybody going to agm, page-3

I will probably wonder down because I am close by. Can someone please answer this possibly silly question.

My understanding is at the AGM or via the proxy vote we are able to approve the restructure or not approve the restructure. However we don't have details of the restructure yet, and from what people are saying we wont hear about it till the AGM. So how are we meant to vote if we have only heard the information minutes before? Will there be an EGM later that we vote on the restructure?

Or am I just completely off?
