    "A DFS delay is disappointing to investors who expect timelines to be hit"
    I think it's more disappointing to the traders that bought just to sell on the DFS release by the end of the quarter. Some of them are probably selling now out of frustration because other stocks are moving higher. Might be better that they sell now and not when the DFS is released.
