Thank you Gareth. I was well aware of the meaning of “interim” in this context. Just threw out a rhetorical question to see if anyone else picked up on it.
To me this was an admission (about 2 years late) by the BOD that they really DIDN’T have the “in house talent” to close a deal.
They finally, belatedly, (kicking and screaming) decided to hire a professional. (After much urging from a couple of SH.)
Let’s hope this chap can get the job done and soon.
