The only part i dont understand/like is the "Science or engineering degree, ideally with some biological science. Could also be another science-based degree such as Medicine, Veterinary Science or Dentistry". Are they employing a salesman/woman or another academic? It'll cost not only on the balance sheet but also time. I understand it prob pays to have some knowledge of the industry but surely what one would need to know to sell the product can be taught. Just my 2 cents. In it for the long haul. Nice find
