Andrew Dacey owned and operated the majority of Element-46.
Mind you, Dacey co-founded Lydian International with the highly regarded Timothy Coughlin.
Fabian, Tim and Andrew all worked together on Amulsar.
From what I can only speculate, they knew (and know) they had/have something with potential. They just needed the capital neccessary to make it happen
Enter KRM, from which we now have shareholding in, when Fabian entered the scene we had 35 mill roughly from memory.
That's the best possible answer I could give you, without knowing too much. I hope that is valuable.
