It looks to me like there's been "loose stock" all year.

As for buying any more. Well I topped up again the other week. I already have hundreds of thousands more IGR than I ever expected to have.

There's only so much I'm prepared to put into a stock, that no matter how promising and undervalued it looks, is underperforming with plenty of "loose stock" around that keeps hitting any buying demand and plenty of disenchanted investors selling out in sheer frustration.
