@Silvgo, traders or investors, who knows, but perhaps with PM's it is simply ignorance. Unlike in Europe, where the various excesses of authoritarian govts are still in recent memory, this part of the world, with zero civil war, nor invasion is still politically naive, and a consequence of this is the store of value aspect of holding precious metals is not understood or appreciated .
