Hey, @HOOPZ, very informative table and good contribution that you are posting it. In your table are you adjusting for ownership of the project in the NPV column ? So for example Lake only own 75 % of their project and LPI only own 51% of their project. The Net Present value ( NPV) is the exposure to the upside for a given shareholder , crytallised into one number in the here and now, but that exposure to the upside, is limited to your share of ownership of the project.
