JC i have a solution for tls's customer service.
I phoned origin energy sometime back,terrible new system and had to wait to long .
But then a girl with a strong accent answered the phone and immediately there was a rooster in her back yard crowing.How can u stay angry? and it changed my mood
I asked is that a rooster and she said yes we r working from home,the rooster continued crowing the entire conversion.
Yesterday I phoned computershare good service but again ,the honest truth there was a rooster crowing but she explained it was the next door neighbours rooster so not as loud but again crowing the entire conversion.
Honest truth i had to then phone trend micro security after computershare and again but further down the street a rooster crowing and again she apologised but i said not necessarybecause i found it amusing.
I can't be the only one hearing roosters because of the work from home rules where ever these call centres are but they definitely at least for me help the customer service experience.
Maybe tls could vary the farm animal noises ie cow sounds.
just my opinion.
