What I hear is that Gloria gave her buy-out price of her 60% to RTG but RTG wasnt able to close the deal
So Gloria ended up selling Sage Capital instead
And since Sage Capital is not covered by the Stay Order, the sale of Sage Capital isnt illegal
But there is something about those 60% shares that is being contested
