a simple google search will tell you that as a foreign issuer they are only required to report half year results. They have 6 months post the end of the half to release these reports. So whilst we would like to see financials released ASAP, and it’s good investor relations to announce them quickly after the end of the period, the fact is the company doesn’t have too.
