maybe I read it wrong but the biggest shareholder is not Integra, it should be the founder Mr Jose Luis Manzano
the exercise price is 1.2c and the s/p was already more than 1.2c. if the exercise price is above current s/p then you can say it's a good sign of confidence in LRS, IMO.
