Well @Silent-Bubbles if you're right about Buffalo NY I'd readily admit you are a genius at putting pieces of data together. I don't agree with you as I believe PLL LHP-2 plant will be in either Cleveland County NC or SC.
100% agree on the observation about IQ and asking KP not BL about Hydroxide (and interesting that KP wasn't all that interested in Carbonate) and KP's response that downstream may or may not be with SYQ.
Anyway, being a SYA forum I'm always amused by posters jabs at PLL. Not sure why but at least you, Split and a few others keep a level and open mind.
