If a country says we will not sell our products to you, you claim THAT as voodoo economics?
What it says to the average person is that they have done their assessment and the likely impacts and said "these buggers can go to hell if they want our resources"! In their case they have even given a reason which, from the Ruskie perspective, appears sound.
