If this is correct and Piedmont still have their Offtake CONTRACT with Tesla from 2020... WHY IS IT NOT FACTORED INTO PLL's figures and even Posters on this forum have seemed to have forgotten about this Tesla offtake with PLL...

So... Let's believe BL when he says they DO...

Which Means that TESLA could be a great OFFTAKE PARTNER for SYA...

Liontown just secured a Contract with Tesla... why not SYA...?

So...

PLL "HONOUR their Tesla Contract from 2020" for approx. 53,000 tonnes per year at the agreed fixed 2020 price... ( Potential Loss for PLL ) & then sell the remaining 60,000 tonnes remaining at a similar price to current Liontown Agreement.

SYA enter an OFFTAKE Contract with TESLA for the Second half of Spodumene production from NAL... approx. 110,000 Tonnes at current Liontown Agreed prices...

Win... win for SYA and PLL...

WHY IS THIS NOT BEING DISCUSSED...?


Unless BL is being lied to... and PLL do not have a Contract with Tesla anymore.
