Management make me angry. All they had to do was NOTHING and let their businesses run for a couple of years to increase shareholder value. Just COPY CBA. A CHILD could tell you that.
They always have to make a big splash and do something stupid. Just look at their TERRIBLE record. Now they've done it again and want to pay 25 times earnings for a pension company where margins will be REDUCING with all this industry fund competition.
When they did well in the old days they were keeping it simple and concentrating on their EXISTING Australian business, and doing some BUYBACKS when they had extra cash.
I just hope they get outbid for this nonsense.
