    This is in regards to additional services right? (i.e. acquiring services, card issuing, etc.) I am assuming that with this partnership, NOV is ALREADY integrated with RKN functionalities which means that all the payments are processed through NOV software and regardless of new services NOV will take a cut.

    For example, 114k customers and let's say a minimum of $5000/annum on average per customer (let's be honest, which business makes $5k a year .... this is a super conservative estimate), that is $570M in processing. Ignore the fact that we now have acquiring license (I am not sure whether they get the 1.5% cut only if they are providing acquiring services, assuming most are currently just transactional margin of 0.5%).

    Would this be $570M x 0.5% = $2.85 mil revenue ($1.425mil after sharing with RKN)

    Any additional opinion will be welcomed but I suspect $1.425mil would be the ultimate minimum revenue/year.

    Exercise your imagination:
    If $15000 /annum on average from each RKN customer, then our min revenue tripled.
    If we add in the acquiring margin of 1.5%, our revenue also tripled.

    I just can't see any downside.
