Have been in this same situation recently with another stock, CR from SI and Option offer to shareholders.
It may suit Company, timing wise to take this path again and have that influx of funds prior to pre arranged expiration date.
Obviously dates & cost to be sorted.
Not sure, options can be a nuisance on SP when they come into play, but also can provide a financial safety net.
Funds required to meet drilling program and if all good, anticipated production date all important in this factoring I would think.
Just a thinking whether I would like an option bundle or not, what do you and others think ??
Have not done my homework on this but chance or not.??
