Once again this is confusing, if someone has actually put in an offer to buy this rabble, management have to disclose this to shareholders, and then its up to shareholders to make a decision.

Ide say this is rubbish, maybe someone has approached them showing a bit of interest in the platform as a part and were offering a low ball offer, this is probably an attempt by company to try push the price up a bit before a CR, as i think they will need money soon....petty the major shareholder who has been dumping since Christmas time like i said is still holding heaps and wanting out as quick as possible...
