Is the plant / infrastructure still there though? a NEW study has been added to the timeline despite the refurb / startup costs having been already quoted.
Does anyone know what benefits would come from this particular study that isnt already known? From memory it has been stated at many, many conferences that they know the kit is in good nic, they know (+/- 20%) the costs and Im hoping they have an inventory of the equipment on the books.
