Capital raise got announced Wednesday 30 April at 6:04 pm after the NZX had closed. T1 was Thursday and T2 was Friday.
So essentially no time for the market to digest the offer and no time for anyone to buy. So this was essentially something only of value to existing holders. If you weren't a holder by Wednesday night your were tough out of luck?.
