Essentialscutty .... I am sorry but you are very wrong. The share placement you refer to, on 4 January, was for shares issued to directors as salary sacrifice. The company has a policy of allowing Directors to take up to 50% of their director fees in shares rather than cash, to conserve cash for more important exploration activities..
