Re the CLC matter, is it possible that TNG already has the technical right to build the refinery at Mt Peake from a CLC point of view. Clarification may be required, or water reserves may need to be confirmed. Perhaps TNG are trying to negotiate a goodwill settlement, if they already have a technical approval. Otherwise why isn't the CLC approval listed with the other major milestones before going to the FID?
