you are unhappy with the leadership of the company, maybe you would be better to invest elsewhere because if the CEO is not up to it then the stock will go nowhere. I have been dudded by a few CEO's which led to a loss of funds because the company's where extremely promising on the info available but the lack of leadership told in the end.
