This was mentioned in last development report by XTC.
Local team is working with ministry of Energy in Bolivia who control exploration and development of lithium through state owned lithium company YLB.
I searched YLB in Bolivia.
I tell u guys XTC is really onto something big. They may do JV partnership with YLB in Bolivia...who knows......
