As per the interview, the funding comes through as certain milestones are met, and without knowing what those are or when the timeline is to meet any of them, I don't think you can suggest at this point that any of that 50mil will be used for working capital in the short term...
The options being converted is money in the bank though, but I don't think the government grant will have much bearing on when the next cap raise is required...
