Now this is the most naieve post of the year so far. The company is toast. The staff remaining will be on the golf course all month waiting for their redundancy. Why keep working when they'll get rid of you soon enough?
They just killed productivity, burned millions in redundancy payments, and guaranteed they won't be able to hire any new staff to replace the resignations. LD is clearly a genius.
