Though I've seen that said it's beyond my technical knowledge, is that why the capex is high? That's nearly TNG high. May as well get a TIVAN plant no? How does opex compare with neighbors?
But anything that takes more than 7 years to pay back is gonna struggle.
20% IRR on a price that has only been achieved briefly over the last 20 years in a tiny market?
