Hi share-ee, CHN has several announcements detailing what the offer was to CHN holders and the IPO price was, but essentially:

Following receipt of Shareholder approval on 3 December 2021 and the satisfaction of the remaining
conditions precedent, the Company will issue the Falcon shares to eligible Chalice Shareholders by
way of a pro-rata in-specie distribution, on the basis of 1 Falcon share for approximately 3.0341
Chalice shares held on the updated in-specie record date of 13 December 2021.

Falcon lodged its IPO prospectus with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on 3
November 2021 (Prospectus). The Prospectus contains an offer of a minimum of 30,000,000 Falcon
Shares (Minimum Subscription) and a maximum of 60,000,000 Falcon Shares (Maximum Subscription),
via a pro-rata Priority Offer to eligible Chalice shareholders, at a price of $0.50 per share, to raise a
minimum of $15,000,000 and a maximum of $30,000,000 (before costs) (the Falcon Offer).
