As I've said before they would get 10 million infrequent customers and a bunch of non exclusive merchants who will already have PayPal or easy access to.
Any aquifer would have to pay off 500 million in convertible notes and find $300 million a year annual losses for time indertiminable
So apart from current market cap who would pay a further $2 billion to find debt and losses.
Your talking about paying $300 a customer who would each and every one have to spend $30,000 before you broke even.
Thats a cumulative GMV $300, 000,000,000 or $300 Billion Dollars
