Having taking a hit from the company to date buying at 52c, then selling at 42c for just over a 10K loss. I became disillusioned with never gaining a adequate response by Management or the office girl or whatever...

I could not resist dipping my toe back into the PPP waters with a small punt at 37c. Nowhere near my previous investment, so to get back my current losses in PPP the SP would need to double. As I feel we have discounted the SP because of Management communication by 20-30% already.

I understand the history of non communication to investors, yet this must be weighed up by the potential upside of the further drills. And that Tui wells are currently undervalued- IMO.

I think at a PE of 5 for this year, Tui should produce approx 6MMbl in 2010. If no further revenue generate their EPS will be approx 40% down on 2009. Providing an EPS of approx 4 cps, still under a PE of 10 in 2010. They are cashed up and current drills taking place it is discounted substancially. AND so it should be... HOLD, I doubt the levels will drop much further in the ST.

If they find no oil in the next 6 months and no new prospects look to be gained then they are on a downward path. In conjunction with poor communications from Management it will be a SELL at anything above 30c.

Right now they have some opportunities to find oil. Also more exploration is to happen around the Tui productive site soon.

HOLD below 42c- IMO Sell above...
