I agree, with no short term cash concerns the PE is definitely too low to warrant a sale unless you need the cash desperately.
With the NY bounce and return to rising oil/commodities prices I expect to be able to exit in at least the low 40s at relatively low risk. Personally though I would be inclined to hold my nerve, even a confirmed 5% from Vietnam should give us a nice boost.
