Just on the 10% equity share of Saddle Hills, how do you figure KPO would get a lower profit? As per my explanation, they get 10% of the profits and if the plant excels then they get an additional profit share.
Using my earlier, purely hypothetical, example, if Saddle Hills makes $10m profit KPO get $1m being 10% of the profit. If it makes $12m profit then KPO get $1.6m ($1.1m as their 10% share and $0.5m which is 25% of the additional profit) or 14.5% of the profit.
