I just had a look at Largo and they released their annual reports in March. They had $31,759,000 EBITDA. In AVL's BFS they have average of $175,000,000. That's a big difference.
Largo's earnings is about 3.30% on the current share price. If AVL actually did those numbers and had no further dilution they would have a price of about $1.50.
Taking all that in to consideration with how we expect TMT to perform we could be looking at a share price of $24 or higher...
Is it just me or are these numbers out of whack? Also 7.6 years of $175m is $1.33b and their CAPEX is $600m... Surely they aren't expecting to more than double the CAPEX in interest? Maybe I'm missing something. I admittedly haven't gone through everything with a fine tooth comb yet.
