Nevada has been hit hard from the GFC, however, i think the latest and greatest foray into Las Vegas by MGM with their 8.5 bill extravaganza will revitalize the district and force others to raise the bar. This in turn will see a influx of capital.
This should in turn benefit AGI as casinos stive to display the latest gaming machines in an attempt to capture market share.
I concur with you 100% only upside from however I see it being a medium term affair.
