To be fair you do have some good points. However they have/had more than 10% of today's market cap in cash with no debt. That's gotta be worth something?
I've said it before, but I'm amazed at the scrutiny people want to put this under yet pump ridiculous amounts of money into property, based on nothing but the chance of capital gains...
