To be fair rocket, I asked management the same question and they ignored me. I obviously agree it's flexible in practice because they paid more than that last time. But after checking just last month they did reconfirm the 25% policy. I just think it's important people don't get their hopes up. If they pay more that's great but I'd keep expectations of 25% as a base case.
