Thousands of unhappy customers on hold for 4hrs + trying to fix flight changers and cancellations and I am one of those , 3hrs 45min on hold and the phone hung up !!!
I am a QAN customer and SH and it is hard to see. QAN ever recovering as thousands of loyal customer look for a more reliable service and as a result it is hard to see the SP holding at these levels !!
