    May I suggest that you do not focus on retrieving losses.By focusing on losses you are simply losing perspective as your pride is hurt.

    A loss is lost - as a Day Trader you need to have discilpline and focus only on the road ahead.

    Focus on the future and do not lament the past.

    This is basic Trading Pscychology.
