Thanks ES for the info, just a few questions as Im a bit stumped.

re shares issued at 25c - ink still wet and office told me raised approx $1 mill (no oppies) just 25c shares.
Q: Thats all well and good but how can they issue shares without informing the market, ink still wet or not?? Does anyone know if there is a supposed time restriction?

MD in Perth this week so will try and catch up.
Q:Are you trying to catch up with the MD or is he going to try and catch up and inform the market of their corporate activities???

Will announce acquisition ( and I guess will also then announce shares placed at 25c) ???
Q:In their good time, we dont want to rush them do we!! LOL
