Key point to note here is that CTO did a placement to a Dubai Investment firm a while back

They paid 20c per share and got some 26c options as well.

I figure that the 26c options wont get hit, so that is some capital the Co wont see. Also those 26c oppies wont dilute the share either.

The Dubai Co that bought in at 20c has bailed out I believe.
At a loss most likely.

So more private investment is needed I would say, Regardless of the Management, Private investment is required.

Can different Management stretch dollars further ?
Can they make Machines go faster ?

They key point is they need funding, mabe the slack effort in ounces mined was a strategic move to lower the sp to make the next spp more attractive to private investors.
