We have had a reasonable 14% retrace in the last couple of days from it’s ATH close of $2.45 down to $2.11. This is a needed and healthy pullback, after a massive run in March with almost 100% gain.
LKE announced shipping of Kachi demo plant on 3rd March and today is 7th April. It should either be in port/customs or close to port. Give another two to three weeks for clearance and transporting to Kachi and we may get another update announcement last week April/first week May regarding demo plant. I am expecting Kachi demo plant completion mid/end May ‘22. This would significantly de-risk Kachi project, IMO
Yesterday’s sellers were mostly retail investors and big players were accumulating (refer below analysis). I expect retail investor sale to decline today, compared to yesterday, LKE SP to stabilise around $2.1 mark and possibly close green.
