They put Kerry in front, something that ultimately (if materialises to a Democrat win...) will mean great news for COZ.....Kerry and the Democratic Party have several times indicated that they will sign the Kyoto Protocol.....If that were to happen our government -irrespective of who wins- will have to follow suit and sign the Protocol......
Such an eventuation will mean about $1 (extra) to the price of COZ.....
